At Enox, every product is carefully crafted and shipped with precision. We value your trust and are committed to delivering an excellent shopping experience. While we operate under a final sale policy, we are dedicated to resolving any genuine issues promptly and fairly.


All Sales Are Final – Here’s Why

As a boutique streetwear brand, each order is made, handled, and quality-checked with care. This ensures the highest level of craftsmanship, but it also means:

  • All sales are final once an order is placed.

  • We strongly encourage customers to:

    • Read product descriptions carefully

    • Refer to our detailed size guide

    • Contact us with any questions before ordering

This helps us keep our prices competitive while maintaining strict quality control.


If Something’s Wrong, We’ll Make It Right

We understand that rare issues can occur during shipping or production. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, our team is here to help.

To qualify for a resolution:

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery

  2. Email clear photos of the item and packaging to enoxfashion@gmail.com

After review, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (shipped at no extra cost), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Our goal is to resolve all valid claims quickly, typically within 3 business days.


Orders Delayed or Lost in Transit

Shipping delays may happen due to carrier issues or customs clearance. If your parcel is:

  • 10+ business days past the estimated delivery date

  • And tracking shows no movement

Please contact us. Once verified as lost, we will refund you in full or resend the items at no cost.


Delivery Confirmed but Package Not Received?

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation

Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered, Enox is not responsible for loss or theft. However, we will provide all available delivery records to assist your investigation.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to our final sale model, we do not accept returns or size-based exchanges. Please use our size chart and feel free to email us before purchasing — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.
